Production teams are often the unsung heroes of business – so it’s great that one of our customers has an award that recognises their achievements. Each year BNP Paribas awards the Cristal Challenge to the card supplier who has performed the best, in terms of quality of service and speed of delivery. And we were delighted to win the award this year, selected as the best of three suppliers.
I attribute our success to the way that the production teams work together. We spend a lot of time on internal communication, on making everyone feel responsible for the job in hand. So it’s really rewarding to see that these efforts translate into an excellent service and that this service is truly valued by our customers. I firmly believe that it’s the people that use the machines – rather than the machines themselves – that make a difference in card production and personalisation. And I feel that this award is recognition of that.
We are celebrating our 25th anniversary this year and it’s a great birthday present! A big thank you to everyone who has helped us to achieve this.
